Director's Report dated July 25, 1974, on motion of Councilman <br />Evans, seconded by Councilman Griset, and carried (4-2) with <br />dissenting votes by Councilmen Markel and Yamamoto: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #885 - Filed on June 21, <br />1974, by Leo Rovin, creating two (2) M 1 parcels <br />proposed parcel #1 to be used for a racquetball <br />club and industrial building as per Variance <br />74-17 and parcel #2 to be used for industrial <br />purposes; located generally on the north side of <br />Columbine, 246 feet east of Main Street. <br /> <br />(CA 25) <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #886 It was moved by Council- <br />ROYALE CONVALESCENT man Evans, seconded by <br />HOSPITAL Councilman Griset, and <br /> unanimously carried (6-0), <br />to delete the following from the Agenda because the applicant <br />had filed an Appeal with the Planning Commission from certain <br />conditions of the Planning Director's approval: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #886 - Filed on June 24, <br />1974, by Royale Convalescent Hospital, creating <br />three (3) C 2 parcels; proposed parcel #1 to be <br />used for residential purposes; parcel #2 is a <br />convalescent hospital; and parcel #3 is to be <br />used for commercial uses; located generally on <br />the south side of Warner Avenue, 829 feet east of <br />Bristol Street. <br /> <br />(CA <br /> <br />BUDGET TRANSFERS Council approved <br /> Appropriation Adjust- <br /> ments as listed to <br /> effect the following <br />transfers of funds, on motion of Councilman Griset, seconded <br />by Councilman Ward, and carried (5-1), with dissenting vote <br />by Councilman Markel: <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2 - To transfer: <br /> <br />From Account No. To Account No. Amount <br /> <br />403-117 403-117 $ 86,000.00 <br />(Project 8037) (Project 8070) <br /> <br />To provide additional funds for the West <br />Washington Storm Drain (C-5~W). <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 3 - To transfer: <br /> <br />From Account No. To Account No. <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />104-350 104-129 $ 7,825.00 <br /> <br />TO establish budget for Recreation and Transpor- <br />tation Support Program as per agreement between <br />the City of Santa Ana and Orange County Manpower <br />Commission. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 286 AUGUST 5, 1974 <br /> <br /> <br />
