If it is <br />determined that less than a majority protest is filed, the adoption of the <br />subject resolution will confirm the 2004 Annual Report for the BID and <br />levy the assessments for 2005 as identified in Attachment B to the Annual <br />Report. <br /> <br />As it is unknown how many protests may be filed at the hearing, after <br />closing the public hearing, the Council may continue the matter for two <br />weeks in order to accommodate the time necessary to review the <br />documentation and calculate the percentage of protest. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br /> <br />is no direct fiscal impact to the City associated with this action, <br />iness Improvement Area revenues are transferred to the District <br />u t for use in accordance with its budget. <br /> <br />P tricia C.
