Echan <br />October 8, 2004 <br />The Community Preservation Department will provide to the administrative <br />hearing officer a copy of the file for review of applicable codes at least two (2) <br />days prior to a scheduled hearing whenever possible. There are no fees <br />associated or billed for this review time to The City of Santa Ana. <br />TERM: <br />One year from the date contract is signed, unless terminated upon 30 day notice. <br />INSURANCE: <br />Administrative Hearing Officer, Barbara A. Echan, will maintain current insurance <br />policies for CGL and Professional Liability Insurance as required by The City of <br />Santa Ana. <br />Barbara A.
