BARRANCA STORM DRAIN The Agreement between City <br />AGREEMENT and the Orange County Flood <br /> Control District, the City <br /> of Tustin, and Irvine Indus- <br />trial Complex for the extension of termination date of Agreement <br />dated April 2, 1974, which provides for the cooperative construc- <br />tion of Barranca Channel, and inclusion of sewer siphon at Warner <br />Avenue in Barranca Channel construction as Phase III, was <br />approved, and its execution by the Mayor and Clerk was authorized, <br />on the unanimously carried motion of Councilman Griset, seconded <br />by Councilman Evans. (A-74-90) <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION, 1975 The Clerk of the Council <br />CANDIDATES' STATEMENT was instructed to require <br />OF QUALIFICATIONS a $100 non-refundable <br /> deposit from each Council <br />candidate to help defray preparation and mailing costs of English <br />and Spanish translations of Statements of Candidate's Qualifica- <br />tions, on the unanimously approved motion of Councilman Evans, <br />seconded by Councilman Yamamoto. (CA 68) <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION At 5:30 P.M. Council <br /> recessed for an Executive <br /> Session to consider the <br /> appointment to the forth- <br />coming vacancy on the City Council in Ward 1 as a result of <br />Mayor Patterson's announced resignation, effective January 2, <br />1975.
