RECESS At 4:00 P.M. the <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Mayor declared the <br /> meeting recessed to <br /> convene a Special <br />Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency. Council <br />reconvened at 5:00 P.M. with all members present. <br /> <br />OLD CITY HALL The agreement between <br />AGREEMENT the City and the Del <br /> Pueblo Management and <br /> Development Company <br />for the purchase of the Old City Hall (southeast corner of <br />Third and Main Streets) was referred to the City Attorney <br />for possible amendment, after consultation with the Del <br />Pueblo Management representatives, that would extend the <br />time period for completion of rehabilitation of the building <br />for up to three years and waive the buy-back option of the <br />present agreement, if that would enable the company to <br />obtain long-range financing, on the unanimously approved <br />motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Griset. <br />The report dated January 29, 1975, from Richard Goblirsch, <br />Executive Driector of the Redevelopment Agency proposing an <br />owners' participation agreement between the Redevelopment <br />Agency and the Company was received and filed by informal <br />Council agreement. CA 133 <br /> A-73-10 <br /> A-74-87 <br /> <br />KELLER PROPERTY Councilman Markel's <br />CONDEMNATION request to consider <br /> recissionof Resolu- <br /> tion No. 74-52, order- <br />ing total condemnation of the Keller property (southwest <br />corner of First and Lyon Streets) was deferred by the Mayor <br />to the Executive Session for discussion as a legal matter, <br />on advice of the City Attorney. HALL Executive Director <br />JANICE BOER of the City Center <br /> Association, in- <br />formally invited the Council to the Annual Meeting of the <br />City Center Association to be held on March 20, to hear <br />the State of the City Message by Mayor Evans. CA 80 <br /> <br />Mrs. Janice Boer, 912 North Lowell Street, stated that it <br />is difficult for citizens to attend Council meetings be- <br />cause of the lack of free parking in and around the Civic <br />Center which in effect could be interpreted as a violation <br />of the Brown Act. Mayor Evans referred the matter to the <br />City Attorney for investigation and reply to Mrs. Boer.
