The <br />motion carried unanimously. CA 52.2 <br /> <br />BIKE FACILITY The Council approved <br />LOS ALISOS PARK unanimously Councilman <br /> Ward's motion, <br /> seconded by Councilman <br />Griset, to approve the concept of a bike "park and ride" <br />facility and to recommend County funding to develop and main- <br />tain the site as a regional facility for the Santa Ana Bike <br />and Equestrian trails. The concept had received earlier <br />approval from the Santa Aha Citizens Greenbelt Committee, <br />the Board of Recreation and Parks and the Planning Commis- <br />sion. CA 18.6 <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT On motion by Council- <br />ALIGNMENT OF MEMORY LANE man Griset, seconded <br />& LAWSON WAY by Councilman Yama- <br /> moto, with Councilmen <br />Ward and Bricken dissenting, the Council approved the draft <br />E.I.R. as the Final Environmental Impact Report for alignment <br />of Memory Lane and Lawson Way between Main and Santiago <br />Streets. Councilmen Ward and Bricken stated their opinion <br />that the report did not deal adequately with the impact to <br />Santiago Park.
