The <br />property is located within the Bristol Corridor Specific Plan (SP-1) <br />zoning district and has a General Plan land use designation of General <br />Commercial (GC). The property is located within an integrated <br />development site that consists of eight buildings encompassing <br />approximately 111,357 square feet of retail, restaurant and medical <br />uses. The laundromat is within an existing multi-tenant retail building <br />totaling 6,000 square feet. As part of an integrated development, the <br />center has a total of 575 parking spaces.
