For each environmental <br />issue, the analysis identifies the level of impact that is <br />anticipated to occur. Where applicable, mitigation measures <br />have been identified to reduce potentially significant <br />impacts. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />AESTHETICS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Have a substantial adverse effect on a scenic vista? <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Damage scenic resources, including but not limited to <br />trees, rock outpourings and historic buildings within <br />a State highway? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, <br />the project site is void of any scenic vistas or scenic <br />resources. Additionally, there are no scenic resources <br />associated with a State Highway within the vicinity of the <br />project site. Therefore, implementation of the proposed <br />project would not result in adverse impacts to any scenic <br />resource. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Substantially degrade the existing visual character or <br />quality of the site and it's surrounding? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The project site is included within the Bristol Corridor <br />Specific Plan and subject to the design guidelines provided <br />in the specific plan. The proposed project would not <br />involve any modifications to the exterior of the existing <br />building. Therefore, implementation of the proposed project <br />would not degrade the existing visual character of the <br />project site or the surrounding area. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Create a new source of substantial light or glare, <br />which would adversely affect day or nighttime views in <br />the area? <br /> <br />No Impac t <br /> <br />The project site is currently improved with existing on- <br />street lighting.
