The Santa Ana Police Department would provide police protection services for the proposed project. According to the Santa Ana Police Department, implementation of the proposed project would not significantly increase the demand for fire protection services over current levels of demand within the project area and that under existing levels of manpower and equipment, they would have the ability to provide adequate fire protection services. Additionally, the proposed project would be subject to the development and performance standards in Section 41-199 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding the operation of laundromat facilities. Schools: Less Than Significant Impact The project site is included within the boundaries of the Santa Ana Unified School District. The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a laundromat facility. Implementation of the proposed project would not generate project-specific demands for new school facilities. However, the project would be subject to provide school impacts fees to help address cumulative impacts to school services in the School District. Parks, Other Public Facilities: Less Than Significant Impact The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a laundromat facility. Implementation of the proposed project would not significantly increase the demands for additional park facilities or other public facilities. XIV. RECREATION A.
