CA 90 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Councilman Ward <br />DISINCENTIVE GASOLINE TAX announced to the <br /> Council that he <br /> had received a <br />letter from the Intergovernmental Coordinating Council <br />of Orange County who planned a discussion of the ten <br />cent per gallon disincentive tax recommended by SCAG <br />(Southern California Association of Governments). The <br />Council generally agreed to Councilman Ward's suggestion <br />that he poll the Council individually to determine the <br />consensus for transmittal to the ICC. <br /> <br />CA 112.13 <br />CA 145.5 <br /> <br />DEED WITH CASH The City Council <br />GRANTEE, CITY unanimously accepted <br /> the deed of Grantors <br /> Daniel J. and Dena <br />L. Deutsche conveying to the City their property, on the <br />west side of Main Street north of 20th Street, to be used <br />for the Bowers Museum addition; and authorized the Mayor <br />to sign all necessary documents in connection with the <br />purchase, on the motion of Councilman Garthe, seconded by <br />Councilman Griset. This item was not on the Council agenda, <br />but was presented to the Council at this time to facilitate <br />the scheduling of the Bowers Museum addition.
