These changes and conditions <br />relate to further proj ect review by staff and the City's consulting <br />urban designer. <br /> <br />Specific Development Zone <br /> <br />. Page 4, Item 1. c. The uses allowed in the commercial component <br />have been revised to those appropriate in an active commercial <br />center as envisioned. <br /> <br />· Page 5, Item 5.a. A maximum of five outdoor sales kiosks or carts <br />are recommended. The size and location of each Kiosk or cart shall <br />be approved on a masterplan of such uses by the Planning Commission <br />prior to their construction or installation. <br /> <br />· Page 7, Conditionally Permitted Uses, Item A.5. Language has been <br />added to allow uses similar to coffee houses an opportunity to <br />apply for a conditional use permit. Requiring a conditional use <br />permit will enable Planning Commission and City Council to review <br />such uses in their context and either approve, conditionally <br />approve or deny the proposal. <br /> <br />· Page 8, Item E.l.
