Staff concurs with the option. <br /> <br />Private balconies appear to be across from one another <br />limiting unit privacy. The applicant is prepared to discuss <br />the balcony location and relationship to privacy. <br /> <br />The south elevation of Building E should be designed to <br />address graffiti. The plans provide appropriate landscape and <br />architectural elements, including vines, to deter graffiti. <br /> <br />What will be the design at the terminus of the fire access <br />lane at Lawson Way? The applicant will be asked to submit a <br />detail outlining the design of the fire access entry location. <br />It is anticipated that the design will include a raised curb <br />along the street, hardscape and a decorative barrier.
