A contiooation <br />of the same landscape vocabulary occurs around the comer of <br />OWooS Drive. <br /> <br />Suggested minimum elements of this streetscape area are as <br />f-ollows: <br /> <br />(a) Street Tree: Arecastrum romanzoffianum Queen Palm. <br /> <br />Size: 15' tall (brown trunk height). <br /> <br />Spacing: Planted at 30' OR center ':/hoo not prevented by <br />traffic sitelines, BCR and ECR setbacks, light standards <br />and fire hydrant clearances or underground utility lines, i.e. <br />lighting, gas, electrical, water, sewer, etc. <br /> <br />(b) Perimeter Backdrop Tree: Gleditsia triacanthos inermis <br />Skyline Honey Locust. <br /> <br />Size: 36" box. <br />Spacing: 30' on center spacing. <br /> <br />(c) Parking Lot Tree: Brachychiton populnous Bottle Tree. <br /> <br />Size: 21" box. <br /> <br />31 <br />758-332 <br />
