PARK DEDICATION Dr. Gene Atherton <br />STANDARDS Chairman of "Parks", <br /> a citizens' group, <br /> 2510 South Coast <br />Highway, Laguna Beach, orally encouraged the Council to <br />adopt an ordinance requiring a park dedication standard <br />of four acres per 1,000 people for new subdivisions, and <br />an alternative determination of a fee to be based on the <br />true value of the land.
