Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2004-05. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2004-07 (County <br />Map No. 16775) as conditioned. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />On January 24, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2004-05 <br />and adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2004-07 (County <br />Map No. 16775) as conditioned by a vote of 6:0 (Leo absent) to change the <br />zoning designation and to allow a subdivision to construct eight single- <br />family residences at 419 South Newhope Street (Exhibit A). A condition <br />was added by the Planning Commission to require Plan 1 B be redesigned to <br />include architectural features that are authentic to the Craftsman style <br />subject to approval of the Planning Manager. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />Iidh~~' <br />St phen G.
