Certificate of Posting <br /> <br />The City Clerk further announced that there had been no <br />written protests received. <br /> <br />Carl Carlson, of Boyle Engineering, the Engineer of Work, <br />stated that ten residential lots located on Quigley Lane <br />had received new sanitary sewers; and that the assessment <br />costs had been divided equally among them for a total of <br />$1,210.00 assessment per lot. <br /> <br />Mayor Garthe invited members of the audience to speak for <br />or against the construction or assessment. <br /> <br />Mrs. Beatrice Fernandez, 820 South Quigley Lane, stated <br />that the residents on Quigley Lane were next in need of <br />street improvements. The Director of Public Works responded <br />that Quigley Lane was a private street which had never been <br />dedicated to the City. <br /> <br />Mrs. Fernandez also questioned a $200 charge imposed by <br />the County. The Engineer of Work stated that the $200 repre- <br />sented the County Sanitation District sewer connection fee, <br />which is separate from the Assessment District costs. <br /> <br />There were no other proponents or opponents, and the Mayor <br />declared the Public Hearing closed, and requested that the <br />record indicate that no written or oral protests had been <br />received. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-58 - CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA - <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR <br />CONTRIBUTION TO PAY CERTAIN COSTS AND EXPENSES IN ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT~- ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 25? :(QUIGLEY LANE) was <br />-adopted on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman <br />Yamamoto, on the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Evans, Yamamoto, Bricken, Ortiz, Garthe, <br /> Brandt, Ward <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-59 - CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA - <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT PURSUANT <br />TO "IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911," BEING DIVISION 7 OF THE STREETS <br />AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 25?
