<br />AGREEMENT NO. C.2-0896 <br /> <br /> <br />4.1.2 The Authority has entered into Agreements with firms to assist the City by <br />providing public involvement consulting services to meet its needs in the <br />maximum cumulative obligation amount of $120,000 for fiscal year <br />2002/2003. <br /> <br />4.2 <br /> <br />Responsibilities of the Authority <br /> <br />4.2.1 To fund the full cost of the consultant services, as identified in section <br />4.1.2 above, at a maximum cumulative obligation amount of $120,000. <br /> <br />4.2.2 To provide staff to manage, administer, coordinate and oversee <br />PROJECT at no cost to Cities. <br /> <br />4.2.3 To monitor the activities of all parties to ensure that all parties support and <br />adhere to the PROJECT schedule, quality and budget goals. <br /> <br />4.2.4 To assume responsibility to finalize the EIS/R, including a mitigation plan <br />and circulate it for public review. <br /> <br />4.2.5 To provide a list of consultants and vendors from which the City can <br />choose to conduct the necessary customized public involvement activities <br />in their communities (Exhibit F). <br /> <br />4.3 <br /> <br />Responsibilities of the City <br /> <br />4.3.1 To work collaboratively with the Authority to accomplish the goals of the <br />PROJECT as stated in Exhibit E, "Public Involvement Consulting <br />Services", of this Agreement. <br /> <br />, " <br /> <br />4.3.2 To develop scopes of work with the Authority as needed and select a <br />consultant from the list of qualified firms as stated in Exhibit F of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />4.4 <br /> <br />Mutual Responsibilities <br /> <br />4.4.1 PROJECT will proceed in accordance with the schedule and budget <br />defined in the Agreements and Exhibit E, Scope of Work. <br /> <br />4.4.2 Any notices, requests and demands made between the parties pursuant to <br />the Articles 4 and 5 are to be directed as follows: <br /> <br />10 <br />
