<br />AGREEMENT 1-2354 <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will establish a project office within Orange County and be prepared to <br />provide two furnished and fully equipped offices with telephones and computers for The <br />AUTHORITY's personnel to work in these offices. <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will be responsible for performing its work in accordance with the <br />requirements that will be set forth in Memorandums of Understanding between The <br />AUTHORITY and the individual cities of Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, and Irvine. ... <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will also be responsible for evaluating document control and schedule <br />management systems to be used for The CenterLine. Recommendations will be presented for <br />The AUTHORITY's approval and then implemented by the CONSULTANT. <br /> <br />The following paragraphs describes in greater detail the work scope that resulted from the <br />CONSULT ANT's input during negotiations of the PE consulting services contract. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise identified herein, all project documents will be submitted to the AUTHORITY <br />for review and approval. <br /> <br />The foHowing clarifications are included as part of the CONSULTANT's Schedlùe of Values: <br /> <br />Task 1.01.01 Project Management <br /> <br />This work includes PE 1. detailed scope. <br /> <br />Task 1.01.02 QA, Project Delivery Studies, Project Management Plans, 5309 Reports, Financial <br />Plan, LPA and MOS: <br /> <br />QA: The CONSULTANT will prepare and implement a QC plan that includes a QC program for <br />each design discipline, The QC Plan will be submitted to AUTHORITY within 45 days from <br />Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br /> <br />Project Delivery Studies: The CONSULTANT will perform project delivery studies as <br />required including a Project Delivery Alternatives Study to be completed by month 9. <br /> <br />Deliverable: Project Delivery Study (Draft and Final) <br /> <br />Project Management Plans: As defined in PE 1.2 and 1.4. <br /> <br />FTA Quarterly Updates: The CONSULTANT will prepare for ÀUTHORITY's review and <br />approval, Quarterly Updates to the CenterLine Project, as required by the FT A. ' <br /> <br />FT A Section 5309 New Starts Report Preparation: The CONSULTANT will assist the <br />AUTHORITY staff in the preparation of the FY2004 (September, 2002) and FY2005 <br />(September, 2003) FT A Section 5309 New Starts Reports for the CenterLine Project. The <br />CONSULT ANT will advise AUTHORITY staff on the contents of the Report, and provide <br />direction to CONSULTANT and AUTHORITY staff assigned to produce the report. <br />CONSULTANT will advise aCTA of most current FTA requirements for the New Starts Report <br />and develop an appropriate outline of the Report to guide its development.
