From San Diego Creek/Sand Canyon to Irvine Transportation Center. <br /> <br />Task 7.08 Traf[¡c Report <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will produce a detailed report on resolution oftraf[¡c conflicts, the "before" , <br />and "after" trafflc conditions and allocation of responsibilities effecting modifications (design <br />and constmction) and maintaining and operating new devices including interface between LRT <br />control and traffic controL The CONSULT ANT will coordinate with Cities of Santa Ana, Costa <br />Mesa and Irvine, who will provide guidelines and review and approve the preliminary <br />engineering design and drawings for trafflc signals, signs, striping, and worksite traffic control <br />plans and specifications for work within their city's right of way. <br /> <br />CONSULT ANT will coordinate and make available, as reference material, trafflc preliminary <br />design infom1ation to the FEISIEIR Consultant, who is responsible for assessing the trafflc <br />impacts and the necessary mitigation measures at each intersection along the entire LPA route, <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br />6'- ¥\ <br />
