Activities will be sized and located to take advantage of <br />common utility and accessibility requirements. Structural analyses will be done to assure the <br />building is in compliance with the latest seismic requirements. <br /> <br />The CMF (buildings and yard) design will be developed and compiled on the CADD system to <br />the 30% design level, as required. <br /> <br />Deliverables: The CONSULTANT will prepare the following: <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />.
