Council of the City's response to Mrs. Evelyn Hunter's re- <br />quest for improved street sweeping and tree spraying services <br />to Council June 2, 1975, were received and filed on the <br />unanimously carried (7-0) motion of Councilman Evans, seconded <br />by Councilman Bricken. CA 11.1 <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT The staff report, <br />SB 101, TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT BOARDS dated June 9, 1975, <br />ACT - REFERRAL ITEM NO. 197 from the Director <br /> of Public Works, <br />indicating that recent revisions of SB 101 no longer make <br />it applicable to Orange County, was received and filed, <br />on the motion of Councilman Bricken, seconded by Councilman <br />Ward, and unanimously (7-0) carried. <br /> <br />The motion also provided for the deletion of Item No. 197 <br />from the Council Referral Summary. <br /> <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM The annual review <br />ANNUAL REVIEW of the Capital <br /> Improvements Program <br /> by the Planning Com- <br />mission, approved by Planning Commission Resolution #6071, <br />was deferred for Council consideration during the scheduled <br />Budget study sessions, on motion of Councilman Bricken, <br />seconded by Councilman Evans and unanimously (7-0) carried. <br /> <br />CA 112.2, <br />CA 57 <br /> <br />CA 65A <br /> <br />AGENDA ORDER <br />PROPOSED AMPHITHEATRL FOR THE <br />PERFORMING ARTS <br /> <br />(3:45 p.m.) <br /> <br />Consideration of <br />Item 59 on the Agenda <br />was deferred to the <br />time scheduled <br /> <br />CA 52.8A <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION After assurance by <br />REQUEST FOR VACATION Councilman Brandt <br />COUNCILMAN BRANDT that he would be <br /> present during Budget <br />study sessions, his request for absence from the City from <br />July 11 through August 31, 1975, was approved, on the motion <br />of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman Ortiz, and carried <br />(6-1) with Councilman Ward dissenting. CA 80 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Expenses for the <br />ATTENDANCE AT Mayor and any <br />U.S. CONFERENCE OF MAYORS Councilmen who <br /> desire to attend <br />were authorized for the U. S.
