Councilmen Evans, Bricken and Ward acknowledged that a <br />community center must be in the area that it is supposed <br />to serve and that if the South Community Center is to <br />be relocated, it should be in the Delhi area. City <br />Manager, Bruce Spragg, advised Council that the staff <br />is working on opening two new community centers and will <br />research whether or not there is a need to continue the <br />South Community Center in another location and come back <br />to Council with a recommendation. <br /> <br />CA 131.6 <br /> <br />PETITION FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL A request for a <br />SUNFLOWER STREET AND PLAZA DRIVE signal at Sunflower <br /> Street and Plaza Drive <br /> dated June 18, 1975, <br />from the South Coast Village Board of Directors, represent- <br />ing 74 merchants, was referred to Staff for investigation <br />and report on the motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by <br />Councilman Bricken and carried unanimously (6-0).
