<br />J <br /> <br />rnj~~~~[LŒ:[ID ~ <br /> <br />~ nrl(íi'\ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-9 Jcd]o L\l.lU 73 - 3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA RESCINDING RESOLUTION 72-5 <br />AND RE-DESIGNATING THE TIME AND PLACE OF <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 2 of Article 111 of the by-laws of the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Santa Ana provides that regular meetings may be held without <br />notice at such time and place as may be determined by resolution of the <br />Authority; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANT A ANA: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Resolution 72-5 of the Housing Authority is hereby <br />rescinded in its entirety. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
