<br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />8 <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />73-3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA RESCINDING RESOLUTION 72-9 <br />AND RE-DESIGNATING THE TIME AND PLACE OF REG- <br />ULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 2 of Article 111 of the by-laws of the <br />Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana provides that reg- <br />ular meetings may be held without notice at such time and <br />place as may be determined by resolution of the Authority; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Resolution 72-9 of the Housing Authority is <br />hereby rescinded in its entirety. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
