<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />.' <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />---..-------- <br />1/ <br /> <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />CM:k <br />9-'12-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,REPEALING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 73-3 AND RE-IJBSIGNATING THE TIME AND <br />PLACE OF REGULAa MEETINGS OF THE HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 2 of Article III of the by-laws c¡¡f the <br />Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana provides that regular <br />~ meetings may be held without. notice at such time and place as may <br />~ be determined by resolution of the Authority. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution NQ. 73-3 of the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Santa Ana is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />Section 2: That until otherwise provided by resolution, <br />the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana shall hold regular <br />meetings at 5:00 P.M. on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the <br />City Hall Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, or <br />at such other places as the Authority may designate from time to <br />time. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br />following vote: <br /> <br />19th day of <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />, 1977 by the <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: Bricken, Yamamoto, Ortiz <br />COMMISSIONERS: Garthe, Ward <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: Evan <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />UTIVE <br />RECORDING <br /> <br />~':¡TO~ <br /> <br />'KEITH L.
