A motion by Councilman Bricken, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />to request staff to prepare a map of the City showing the loca- <br />tion of all Alcoholic Beverage Licenses, amended by maker and <br />second to show only on-sale Licenses, failed to carry on the <br />following roll call vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Bricken, Yamamoto <br /> <br />NOES: Ortiz, Evans, Brandt, Ward <br /> <br />ABSENT: Garthe <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION The following Proclama- <br />UNITED NATIONS DAY tion was received and <br /> filed, on the unanimously <br /> carried (6-0) motion of <br />Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto: <br /> <br />UNITED NATIONS DAY - Proclaimed as October 24, 1975. <br /> <br />Councilmen Bricken, Evans, Ortiz and Brandt requested that the <br />Minutes show that the Proclamation, which was issued by the <br />Mayor, did not reflect their personal viewpoints.
