<br />~', . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br />, " <br /> <br />" <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-20 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING INDUCEMENT RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ORANGE COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana (the "Authority"), as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Resolution No. 85-109 of the Board of <br />Supervisors of Orange County, entitled "Resolution of the <br />Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California", adopted <br />by the Board of Supervisors of Orange County on January l6, <br />1985 is hereby approved; the findings of Orange County con- <br />tained in said resolution are hereby confirmed and approved <br />as the findings of the Authority; and the Authority hereby <br />agrees to be bound by said resolution and to issue bonds for <br />the project referenced in said resolution under substantially <br />the same terms and limitations as those contained in said <br />resolution, except that the aggregate principal amount of <br />bonds issued by the Authority to provide financing for said <br />project shall not exceed $3,500,000; all effective as of <br />January 16, 1985. <br /> <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and <br />after its adoption. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the <br />Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City <br />of Santa Ana at a special meeting thereof held on the <br />21st day of October, 1985, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: 5 MEMBERS: Griset.
