I. <br />L. i, ...J <br /> <br />. .~ ~ <br /> <br />3 <br />4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF <br /> <br />. <br />ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />January 16, 1985 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />On motion of Supervisor Stanton <br /> <br />, duly seconded and carried, the <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br />following Resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, the County of Orange (the "County") is authorized by the <br /> <br />8 <br />9 <br /> <br />provisions of Health and Safety Code Section 52000 et seq., to issue mortgage <br /> <br />revenue bonds for the purpose of financing multifamily residential rental <br /> <br />10 <br />. <br />11 <br />12 <br /> <br />projects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, BACS Development, Inc. (the "Developer'!} has requested the <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />County to issue and sell its revenue bonds pursuant to said provisions in <br /> <br />order to provide financing for the acquisition and construction of certain <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br />16 <br /> <br />land and facilities which will comprise a 49 unit multifamily rental housing <br />project to be located at,2138 - 2148 S. Main Street in Santa Ana, Ca)ifornia <br /> <br />17 <br />18 <br /> <br />(the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Project will be of benefit to the County and its residents; <br /> <br />19 <br />20 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as an inducement to the Developer to carry out the Project, the <br /> <br />County desires to authorize the issuance of bonds or notes in the approximate <br /> <br />21 <br />22 <br /> <br />principal amount of $3,000,000. <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />1.
