MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />December 8, 1975 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:05 P.M. by Mayor John <br />Garthe in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />with the following Council members present: Gordon Bricken, <br />Harry K. Yamamoto, Vernon S. Evans, David L. Brandt, James <br />E. Ward, and Mayor John Garthe. Councilman David F. Ortiz <br />was absent. Also present were City Manager Bruce C. Spragg, <br />City Attorney Keith L. Gow, Director of Public Works Ronald <br />Wolford, Director of Planning Charles C. Zimmerman, Police <br />Chief Raymond C. Davis, and Clerk of the Council Florence I. <br />Malone. <br /> <br />INVOCATION <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Following the Pledge <br />of Allegiance, the <br />Invocation was given <br />by Councilman Bricken. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR There were no items <br /> removed from the Con- <br /> sent Calendar. Coun- <br /> cilman Ward registered <br />a NO vote on item ? D; Councilman Evans registered NO's on <br />items ?
