<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />.., - <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 72-15 <br />INCOME LIMITS <br /> <br />Resolution 72-15 Re-establishing <br />Maximum Income Limits <br />for Hous:ing Authority Tenants <br />was unanimously adopted on Commissioner Griset's motion, seconded <br />by Commissioner Yamamoto. <br /> <br />Commissioner Villa stated his opinion that the leased housing program <br />should provide housing for those persons who are displaced by City <br />development and should not be based solely on minimum and maximum <br />incomes. <br /> <br />Chairman Patterson stated that income is a determining factor in tenant <br />selection; that the program must recognize the need at the low-income <br />level; and that a displaced person with an income of $1, 000 or $1,500 per <br />month would not experience the same problems in relocation as the <br />displaced person with an income of $250 per month. <br /> <br />Commissioner Herrin stated that it would be difficult to maintain records <br />on income increases once a tenant had been accepted under the program. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />sioner Griset, <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned <br />at 2:55 P.
