MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />February 24, 1976 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M. in the City <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor John Garthe. <br />Proper notice and posting of the meeting had been given, with <br />affidavits on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council. <br />The following Council members were present: Gordon Bricken, <br />David F. Ortiz, Harry K. Yamamoto, Vernon S. Evans, David L. <br />Brandt, James E. Ward, and Mayor John Garthe. The following <br />Staff members were present: City Manager Bruce C. Spragg, <br />City Attorney Keith L. Gow, Assistant City Manager Ronald <br />Wolford, Executive Director for Rede~elopmgnt Richard Goblirsch, <br />and Clerk of the Council Florence I. Council <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT recessed to convene <br />AGENCY the Special Meeting <br /> of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency.
