<br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />January 19, 1976 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana, was called to order at 2:16 P.M., by Chairman Harry <br />K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representative of the Press <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA RECOGNIZING THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AS THE LEAD AGENCY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PREPARING THE <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY'S REVIEW <br />AND CONSIDERATION PRIOR TO ACTING UPON THE PROPOSED CONTRACT <br />FOR SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND NATIONAL HOUSING <br />CONSULTANTS INC. AND APPROVING AFORESAID CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/SECRETARY EXECUTE THE SAME, <br />was read by title only and full reading was waived on the unani- <br />mously approved motion of Commissioner Garthe, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Ward and carried (7-0). The Resolution was adopted <br />on motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Ward, <br />and carried on the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-1 <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Bricken, Ortiz, Garthe, Evans, Brandt, Ward, <br />Yamamoto <br />None <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Com- <br />missioner Evans, <br />seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Bricken and carried (7-0) unanimously, the following <br />were received and filed: <br /> <br />REPORT OF SECRETARY <br /> <br />The December, 1975 Monthly Report for the Section 8 - <br />New Construction (SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING PROJECT) <br />dated January 13, 1976 and the report from the Executive <br />Director dated January 12, 1976, accompaning Resolution <br />76-1, included a time table of events precedent to the <br /> <br />. <br />
