Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representative of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading of <br />the minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of <br />and they were approved as mailed on <br />Garthe, seconded by Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />April 19, 1976, was waived <br />the motion of Commissioner <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />On motion of Com~ <br />missioner Ward, <br />seconded by Com- <br />missioner Bricken, and carried (6-0) the following documents <br />were received and filed: <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Section 23 - <br />Leased Housing (Existing Units), indicating <br />that 80 of the 100 authorized units were <br />under lease as of May 1, 1976 and that 80 are <br />occupied by tenants. <br /> <br />April 30, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section <br />23 Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance <br />of $598,756.19. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Revised Section 23 <br />Housing Assistance Payment Program (HAP), <br />indicating that 48 of the 50 units authorized <br />by HUD were under lease and occupied by tenants <br />as of May 1, 1976; and that as of May 1, 1976, <br />110 certificates have been issued. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />April 30, 1976, Trial Balance for Revised Section <br />23 - Housing Assistance Payments Program (HAP) <br />indicating a balance of $118,839.00. <br />
