CA 155 <br /> <br />Prior to the motion, Arthur J. Grajczyk, 11541 Palmwood Drive, <br />Garden Grove, informed Council that he had leased the property <br />(a carwash) on the northwest corner of First and Raitt from <br />Lerner Oil in 1969; that he has paid taxes on the equipment <br />since 1970; and that he claims ownership of the equipment <br />being sold by the City with the property.
