RESOLUTION NO. 76-42 On the unanimously <br />ASSESSMENTS - QUIGLEY LANE approved (7:0) motion <br />ADOPTED of Councilman Ward, <br /> seconded by Council- <br />man Bricken, Council adopted the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-42 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA SPECIFYING THE <br />AMOUNT ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PARCEL LIABLE FOR <br />COSTS INCURRED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA IN THE <br />ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE ON QUIGLEY LANE <br />AND ESTABLISHING A METHOD OF PAYMENT THEREOF. <br /> <br />CA 99.3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-43 <br />SPUR CROSSING - ALTON AVE. <br />ADOPTED <br /> <br />of Councilman Evans, seconded <br /> <br /> The following <br /> resolution was <br /> unanimously adopted <br /> (7:0), on the motion <br />by Councilman Ward~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-43 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA GRANTING PER- <br />MISSION TO THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION <br />COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A <br />SPUR CROSSING ACROSS ALTON AVENUE, BETWEEN FAIR- <br />VIEW STREET AND SUSAN STREET IN THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA. <br /> <br />CA <br /> <br />29.12 <br /> <br />FOUNTAIN VALLEY HOSPITAL Council members will <br />CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE make recommendations <br />COUNCIL TO RECOblMEND TO MAYOR to the Mayor for two <br /> appointments to a <br />Citizens Advisory Committee which is being formed by the <br />Fountain Valley Community Hospital to assist in the improve- <br />ment of medical care at the hospital, in response to their <br />April 7 letter of request, on the motion of Councilman Ward, <br />seconded by Councilman Evans, and carried (?:0) unanimously. <br /> CA <br /> <br />80.9 <br /> <br />PROPOSED SPORTS/CULTURAL CENTER A letter dated April 1, <br />CITIZENS COMMITTEE 1976 from Robert Blau- <br />APPROVED stone, President, Orange <br /> County Performing Arts <br />Guild, requesting official status as the performing arts <br />representative of the tripartite citizens committee (cultural, <br />sports, commercial) to develop plans for the proposed Sports/ <br />Cultural Center, was approved on the motion of Councilman <br />Brandt, seconded by Councilman Ward, and approved (6:1), <br />with Councilman Yamamoto dissenting. Councilman Brandt stated <br />that the members of a proposed committee representing the <br />sports interest of the City would be submitted to Council <br />shortly. Councilman Bricken asked that Councilman Brandt <br />prepare a short outline of the makeup of the committee and <br />its objectives and duties; he agreed to do so for the first <br />meeting in May.
