The Executive Director of the PWA is hereby authorized to apply for the <br />Tranaportation Enhancement Activity Program under the Transportation Equity Act for the 2 [ ST <br />Century for projects listed on the project list, Exhibit "A," anaehed hereto and incorpoiated <br />herein by reference. <br /> <br /> 2. The City of Santa Ann ngrc~ to fund its share of the project costs and any <br />additional costs over the identified programmed amount.
