Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading <br />of the Minutes of <br />April 18, 1977, <br />approved as mailed on <br />by Commissioner Ortiz, <br /> <br />and May 16, 1977, was waived and they were <br />the motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded <br />and unanimously carried (7-0). <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />missioner <br />documents <br /> <br />On motion of Com- <br />missioner Ward, <br />seconded by Com- <br />Bricken and carried unanimously (7-0), the following <br />were received and filed: <br /> <br />REPORT OF SECRETARY <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Section 23 Leased <br />Housing (Existing Units), indicating that <br />30 of the 100 authorized units were under <br />lease as of May 1,1977. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />April 30, 1977, Trial Balance for the Section <br />23 Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance <br />of $570,605.53. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Section 8 Leased <br />Housing, indicating that 280 of the 450 <br />authorized by HUD were under lease as of <br />May 1, 1977. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />April 30,1977, Trial Balance for the Section 8 <br />Housing Assistance Payments Program (HAP), <br />indicating a balance of $738,963.87. <br />
