A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 72-15 AND ESTABLISHING MAXIMUM INCOME LIMITS FOR ADMISSION TO, AND OCCUPANCY OF, LOW INCOME HOUSING LEASED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, was deleted from the Agenda because the Section 23 Program has been discontinued on motion of Commissioner Garthe, seconded by Commissioner Ward and unanimously carried (5-0). RESOLUTION NO. 77-2 The invitation from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to apply for Additional Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program units, described in the report dated June 14, 1977, was received and filed on motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner Garthe, with Commissioner Evans dissenting (4-1). APPLICATION INVITATION FOR ADDITIONAL SECTION 8 HOUSING UNITS On motion of Com- missioner Garthe, seconded by Com- missioner Ortiz, with Commissioner Evans dissenting, the Budget for Fiscal Year 1977-78, in the amount of $1,013,215 was approved for the Existing Housing, Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program.
