It was moved by <br />Commissioner Griset and seconded <br />by Commissioner Ward to approve <br />the deferred loan grants as recommended in the staff report for the Housing <br />Replacement Program participants. <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Serrato, Ward <br />Marke 1, Yamamoto <br /> <br />HOUSING REPLACEMENT <br />PROGRAM - FIRST TRUST DEEDS <br /> <br />Approved.
