CA 65.3 <br /> <br /> %RANSPORTATION PLAN~- LIABILITY The report of the <br /> SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER City Attorney dated <br /> REFERRAL 35-76 - FILED; DELETED September iS, 1976 <br /> requested by Council <br />regarding any potential liability anticipated with the <br />implemegtation of the proposed transportation plan for the <br />Senior Citizens Service Center, was received and filed, and <br />Council Referral Item No. 35-76 deleted from the Summary, <br />on the motion of Councilman Bricken, seconded by Councilman <br />-Ward, and carried (6:0) unanimously. <br /> <br />In the opinion of the City Attorney it does not appear that <br />the City would incur liability to private taxicab companies <br />if it were to put into effect the proposed transportation <br />plan for the Senior Citizens Service Center. CA 131.10 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Mrs. Jean Lalonde, <br />RE-SODDING OF FIELD 2609 S. Towner Street, <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL BOWL President of the <br /> Santa Aha Council, <br />Parent Teachers Association, presented a letter dated <br />September 20, 1976 to the City Council requesting that the <br />City arrange for the resodding of the skinned areas of <br />the field at the Municipal Bowl to facilitate school foot- <br />ball games.
