(Agenda Item 3 A) <br /> <br />CA 89 <br /> <br />BID AWARD - SPEC 76-041 The motion of Council- <br />AIR COMPRESSORS - BIDS REJECTED man Ward to reject all <br />NEW BID CALL AUTHORIZED bids and authorize <br /> re-advertising for bids <br />on the following was seconded by Councilman Brandt, and <br />carried unanimously 6:0: <br /> <br />SPEC 76-041 - Three trailer-mounted air <br />compressors. (Agenda Item 3 D) <br /> <br />CA 89 <br /> <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION &: VA 76-66 The Negative Declaration <br />DENNIS W. WILSON and Planning Commission <br />APPROVED Finding of Fact were <br /> approved and filed, on <br />the unanimously carried 6:0 motion of Councilman Yamamoto, <br />seconded by Councilman Brandt, on the following: <br /> <br />VA 76-66 - Filed by Dennis W. Wilson to <br />permit a-three duplex condominium develop- <br />ment (6 units) with less than the required <br />minimum 6,000 sq. ft. per unit on a parcel <br />greater than one-half acre in size located <br />at 5002 West Hazard Avenue in the R1 Dis- <br />trict. APPROYED.
