Gresham, Reorganization Goals 1 through <br />6 were approved, Reorganization Phase I was approved, and <br />Reorganization Phase,II was approved in concept with the <br />condition that the Recreation and Parks Department come back <br />to Council within 90 days to report on the results of the <br />Phase t reorganization, and with final plans for Phase II, <br />indicating budget requirements, on the motion of Councilman <br />Bricken, seconded by Councilman Brandt,:and carried S:i, <br />with Councilman Yamamoto dissenting. CA S2 <br /> <br />REVOCATION OF TAXI DRIVER PERMIT Vice Mayor Brans <br />APPEAL OF RAY MARRAZZO announced that this <br />DENIED was the time and <br /> place set by Council <br />to hear the appeal filed by Ray Marrazzo of the Police <br />Chief's revocation of his taxi drivers permit; There were <br />no proponents or opponents, and the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />The appeal was denied, and the decision of the Police Chief <br />affirmed on the basis of the report of Lieutenant C. R. <br />Miller dated January 20, 1977, on the motion of Councilman <br />Yamamoto, seconded by Councilman Brandt, and carried 6:0 <br />unanimously. CA 26.3 <br /> <br />PARAMEDIC'SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT #110. <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />A revised agreement be- <br />tween the City, and <br />Santa Ana-Tustin <br />Community Hospital and <br /> <br />the County of Orange to furnish personnel to staff one parar <br />medic~mobile intensive care unit, with radio service,.only, <br />to be provided by the County, was approved on the motion of <br />Councilman Brandt, seconded, by Councilman Yamamoto, and <br />carried 6:0 unanimously. AppropriaZion Adjustment No. 110 <br />for unit radio equipment in the amount of $2,000,was also <br />approved as part of Councilman Brandt!p motion. <br /> <br />In answer to Council's questions, Mr. Wayne Schroeder of <br />Santa Ana-Iustin Community Hospital indicated that personnel <br />(having average test scores of 88.4) for the unit is available, <br />with more graduates in the near future; and that the-unit can <br />be in service by March 1, 1977.
