Irma Rodriguez, Chairperson of the Orange County Human Relations <br />Commission, read a resolution entitled "A Resolution of the <br />Orange County Human Relations Commission Authorized at its <br />Regular Monthly Meeting of March 10, 1977, supporting the <br />agreement concerning the Housing Clearance and Replacement <br />Project bounded by Flower to Birch and First to Third Streets. <br /> <br />Agustin Loustaunau also spoke in favor of the negotiated agreement. <br /> A-77-30 <br /> <br />The Assistant Clerk read a letter received from U. S. Congress- <br />man Jerry Patterson commending the parties involved in the Santa <br />Ana Housing and Replacement project for their fine efforts <br />to reach the agreement which came before the City Council today. <br /> CA 140.20 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Mr. Billy C. Hall, <br />OLD CITY HALL STATUS Executive Director of <br /> the City Center Associa- <br /> tion, informed Council <br />that the unoccupied Old City Hall has become a nuisance to local <br />businesses, and he wished to know the status of the City's <br />agreement with Del Pueblo Management Company. Redevelopment <br />Director Richard Goblirsch agreed to provide an update to Mr. <br />Hall.
