<br />. <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />July 14,1975 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency was called to order by Chairman Evans at 2:45 P.M. in <br />the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, Calif- <br />ornia. Roll call was answered as follows: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />John Garthe <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Gordon Bricken <br />James E. Ward <br /> <br />David Brandt <br />David Ortiz <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Richard E. Goblirsch, Executive Director <br />Susan Shick, Assistant to Executive Director <br />James Hicks, Real Estate Consultant <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of June 16, 1975 <br />were approved as, submitted upon the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded <br />by Mr. Garthe. The Agency unanimously adopted the motion. <br /> <br />RELOCATION CLAIMS <br /> <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Yamamoto and seconded by Mr. Ward, <br />rental differential payments for residents being relocated <br />as a result of the assemblage of the senior citizens housing <br />site as listed below: <br /> <br />430 West Second Street <br />412 West Second Street <br />408 West Second Street <br />410 West Second Street <br /> <br />$4,000 <br />$2,160 <br />$4,000 <br />$2,800 <br /> <br />were approved by the Agency. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br /> <br />In order to do comprehensive traffic analysis of the downtown <br />and the Civic Center area as well as a parking analysis in order <br />to resolve substantial traffic and parking problems in the down- <br />town, the Executive Director requested authorization to distribute <br />Request for Proposals to qualified consultants and to seek responses. <br />Additionally, he recommended land use studies for the area between <br />Ross and Olive, First and Third in order to establish potential <br />disposition problems with utilities and to begin to analyze the <br />
