TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 9774 Mayor Evans declared a <br />NORTH SIDE OF CHESTNUT - SEDORIS conflict of interest <br />APPROVED on the following because <br /> of a related escrow being <br />handled by his company, First American Title Co., and he <br />left the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />On the motion of Councilman Garthe, seconded by Councilman <br />Ortiz, and carried on a S:i vote with Mayor Evans abstaining, <br />and Councilman Ward dissenting, Council approved and filed <br />the Negative Declaration and approved the following map subject <br />to conditions contained in the Planning Director's report, <br />and waived the alley requirement: <br /> <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION & TRACT MAP NO. 9774 Filed <br />on February 28, 1977 by Cleve Sedoris, creating <br />eighteen A1 lots; proposed lots to be used for single <br />family residential; generally located on the north <br />side of Chestnut Avenue east of Lyon Street. <br />(Agenda Item 7 B) CA 24 <br /> <br />Prior to the motion, Jack Hall of Hall & Foreman, 2530 North <br />Grand Avenue, stated that his firm had negotiated in good <br />faith for City purchase of the subject property; that the mat- <br />ter has not been finalized; and that in the meantime his <br />company is anxious to receive approval of the Tract Map so <br />that they can proceed with development of the property should <br />the City purchase not be finalized. Mr. Hall also asked that <br />conditions 20 and 21 recommended by the Planning Director be <br />deleted. <br /> <br />Mayor Evans returned to the Council Chamber at the conclusion <br />of Agenda Item 7 B. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - SEWER MAINTENANCE FEES The following agreement <br />GARDEN GROVE SANITARY DISTRICT was approved and its <br />APPROVED execution by Mayor and <br /> Clerk was authorized <br />on the 6:1 motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman <br />Yamamoto, with Councilman Brandt dissenting: <br /> <br />EXTRAORDINARY SEWER MAINTENANCE FEES - Between City <br />and Garden Grove Sanitary District providing for the <br />payment of extraordinary sewer maintenance fees <br />resulting from the construction of a City of Santa <br />Aha storm drain. (Agenda Item 12 A) A-77-46 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - COUNTRY WESTERN Council unanimously 7:0 <br />CONCERT - MUNICIPAL STADIUM approved the following <br />APPROVED agreement and authorized <br /> its execution by Mayor <br />and Clerk on the motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Ortiz: <br /> <br />COUNTRY & WESTERN CONCERT AT MUNICIPAL STADIUM - <br />Between City and Arthur's Acres for a Country Western <br />Concert to be held June 19, 1977.
