<br />CETA TITLE VI PROJECTS Council approved the
<br />SPECIAL ONE YEAR PUBLIC SERVICE following CETA Title VI
<br />EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM Projects as a special
<br />PARTIALLY APPROVED & CONTINUED one-year Public Service
<br /> Employment (PSE) Program,
<br />and authorized the Mayor to execute a subcontract agreement with
<br />the respective non-profit agencies who will operate the projects,
<br />on motion of Councilman Brandt, seconded by Councilman Ward,
<br />and carried 4:1, with Councilman Ortiz dissenting on Projects
<br />40, 41, 42, 45, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 61, 62, 64, 65, as
