Davis, Council authorized the Mayor <br />to take a position in opposition to Assembly Bill 1257 unless <br />there is an exemption for both Police and Fire Departments in <br />the maintenance of emergency communications systems; on the <br />unanimously approved 7:0 motion of Councilman Brandt, seconded <br />by Councilman Ward. Stevens, was received and filed on the unani- <br />mously approved 7:0 motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by <br />Councilman Brandt.
