<br />2. Wall/Canopy Signs. <br /> <br />a. All signs need not replicate a specified shape, design or <br />materials. Diversity will be allowed, provided that the <br />signs relate to each other well even though they are <br />configured differently. <br /> <br />3. Projecting Signs. <br /> <br />a. Within the interior portions of the project, such as along the <br />Concourse, one projecting sign per pedestrian level tenant <br />may be provided. <br /> <br />b. The project may provide any number of such signs with <br />mixed types so long as the style of the signs area <br />aesthetically compatible. Projecting signs shall be located <br />no closer than 15 feet from one another. <br /> <br />c. The sign face of each projecting sign shall be compatible <br />with the scale of the space being identified. <br /> <br />4. Marquee Signs. <br /> <br />The theater may have a major marquee sign at the theater entrance. <br />The marquee sign may be large enough to accommodate the <br />informational requirements of the uses being identified, may <br />employ changeable copy and appropriately sized based on unit and <br />frontage. <br /> <br />5. Signs Under Canopies And Marquees. <br /> <br />The area of any sign under a canopy or marquee shall not exceed <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code.
