Stuart Knight, 1678 West Broadway, Anaheim, Attorney at Law, <br />stated that some years ago he had occasion to be involved in <br />a lawsuit in which Dr. Allred was the defendant when he was <br />operating a lucrative clinic in South Los Angeles; that he <br />achieved this high bolume by his alliances with counseling ser- <br />vices; that before any permit is issued, he requested that the <br />City Attorney or the Police Department investigate whether <br />or not Dr. Allred is engaged in any improper activities with <br />pregnancy counseling services; and he stated he would assist <br />the City Council in this matter if requested to do so.
