CA 57 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION A motion made by Council- <br />PLANNING COMMISSION man Yamamoto, and seconded <br />APPOINTMENTS BY WARD by Councilman Bricken, <br />REFERRED TO COMMITTEE to appoint a representa- <br /> tive from each Ward to <br />the Planning Commission as vacancies occur, was withdrawn. <br />Following a short discussion, by unanimous informal consent, <br />a committee was appointed as follows, along with Staff member, <br />Deputy City Manager G.
